- Shortlisted applicants (interview stage): retained for up to 3-6 months, based on our legitimate interest to document the recruitment process and respond to possible disputes.
- Longer retention periods: only when the candidate gives explicit and separate consent to be considered for future opportunities. In these cases, the data is retained for up to an additional 6 months, and the candidate may withdraw consent at any time.
When personal data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
